Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over R2500. For orders under R2500, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Refund & Return Policy — Culture Plug

At Culture Plug, we aim to keep our refund and return process fair, transparent, and efficient. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

📦 ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (BEFORE PROCESSING)

Customers are eligible for a full refund if their order is cancelled before it has been processed.
Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be cancelled for a refund.

🚚 ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED

Once an order has been processed by our Supplier a refund is no longer valid.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns requested for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind will be subject to a 30% return fee if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Items returned showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

💥 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (FACTORY FAULTS)

Only items with factory defects or damage upon arrival qualify for a free exchange.
No handling or shipping fees will be charged for approved defective or damaged items.
Customers must email cultureplug21@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect within 3 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges are assessed only after returned items are inspected.
We strongly advise customers to double-check size, color, and product details before confirming their order.
Culture Plug reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
